Welcome to Laulagner, a 5-hectare estate with a swimming pool, bordered by a river and surrounded by unspoiled nature, located 5 km from the nearest habitation. The cottage and its outbuildings welcome you away from any main roads, nestled in a wild, secluded part of the Ibie Valley. Silence and tranquility await you for complete relaxation, while still being close to Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, Villeneuve-de-Berg, and all the activities offered by the Ardèche’s tourist sites.

With this option, you can privatize both cottages and book “Le cocon de soi” (2-person cottage) and “Au fil de soi” (8-person cottage) together.

Le cocon opens onto two terraces and enjoys an unobstructed view of the valley and the garden. Its private entrance offers complete independence. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, as well as a living room facing the wood stove. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

“Au fil de soi” is located in an outbuilding of the house and is built over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large living area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a wide staircase, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms offer ample storage space. From the rooms, you can admire the beauty and serenity of the surrounding landscape. “Au fil de soi” also features its own private shaded terrace, perfect for summer evenings, and a fireplace for cozy winter nights.
